Maintenance Guide

To ensure many years of satisfaction with your Millennium Seating product, you should routinely inspect such parts as swivels, welds, glides, bolts, etc. If a part is found to be defective, contact Millennium Seating for authorized replacement parts.

Any item that shows evidence of being unsafe should be removed from service immediately. If still under warranty, call Millennium Seating immediately. Any continued use of a defective product is at the buyer's risk and Millennium Seating or its manufacturers assume no liability.

The following is a general care and maintenance guide provided by Foldcraft/Plymold Seating:

Wood Finish:
Coat wood with a hard paste wax every 3 to 4 months during the first year of use. After the first year, application can be less frequent. To clean, use liquid cleaner-wax polish combination. Do not use abrasive household solvents. Water spills on the surface should be wiped off immediately.

Metal Finish:
Wipe with a damp cloth. To remove dirt, brush the surface with a soft bristle brush. For stubborn stains and grease marks, use soap and water.

Vinyl Upholstery:
Use a liquid detergent suitable for cleaning vinyl. After cleaning, wipe the surface with a cloth dampened with warm water.

Vinyl Edge and Dur-A-Edge:
Use a liquid detergent suitable for cleaning vinyl. After cleaning, wipe the surface with a cloth dampened with warm water.

Laminate:
To remove stains, wipe surface with a damp cloth using soap or liquid detergent. Remove stubborn stains with a damp paste of baking soda. Leave on for a minute, then blot away. Abrasive cleaners should be wiped off immediately, then rinsed with water.

Composite:
Clean with warm water and household detergent. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush with detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Matrix Composite:
Clean with warm water and household detergent. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush with detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Shell Seats:
Clean with warm water and household detergent. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush with detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
